About Flame 'N Brick Lucknow
Our original Flame ‘N Bricks Pizzeria location was once Village Pizzeria started in 2013 when the founder Tracy Skillen bought the local pizzeria. After Skillen made some changes to the recipes, the sales grew so much that after six months, Scott Heard, Tracy’s husband, had to leave his own job to help. They continued to work hard to build a thriving restaurant with the support of the people who worked for them and the community that supported them.
In March 2020, a shop was opened in Erin, Ontario, run by Heard’s daughter, Shannon.
Tracy and Scott are so proud to see their little pizzeria expand to even more locations in the Bruce and Huron County areas with the help of investors.
As the company continued to grow, they realized they had no choice but to change the name from Village Pizzeria to something they could own and trademark. It was a difficult decision, but there was no alternative because many restaurants use the same name.
But now, they have found a new name they are proud to call themselves. Village Pizzeria is now Flame N Bricks, Your Village Pizzeria Shop.
A new name brings a lot of change but what hasn’t changed is the great team or the great food they continue to serve.

Yes we have 2 gluten friendly pizza crust options, broccoli and cheese and cauliflower and cheese. If you contact us to let us know your dietary preferences we are happy to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities. We are a pizzeria, Gluten is the name of the game.. but our staff is trained to handle your order with care.

Yes we do. We do local events from weddings, meetings, concerts, celebrations and parties. We can do a variety of items both from our restaurant menu as well as other items.
