Flame’N Bricks™ is a family founded business with strong community roots. Our menu is family-friendly, serving brick oven pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, wings and more. Flame’N Bricks™, is Your Village Pizzeria, with food that brings people together.

At Flame’N Bricks™ we’ve been making pizzas and more for our happy customers since 2013. Starting with our first pizzeria in the small town of Lucknow where the founder Tracy Skillen took over a local business. That’s when we were called Village Pizzeria.

Within a few short months, Tracy had modified and created her secret dough recipe and topped it with her signature sauce. The business grew quickly and soon her husband Scott had to quit his job to come to join the business.

After a few years that small-town pizzeria grew and now has multiple locations throughout the province of Ontario. Their success is driven by cultivating strong relationships and supporting the local community.
